The First room was connecting which is not my preference but lady agreed to move me, which right there..it's a Big plus because some hotels wont. Second room (#239) was fine. It was a little "hidden" but it was clean, everything worked and My favorite part..it was QUIET! Thought I was going to extend but unfortunately had to go. However, definitely coming back probably next week. im looking for a "Go to" place when I come to San Antonio and this has a good location. So if rate is similar, everything works and is Quiet...it's a Winner! See you soon!

The clerk was exceptionally courteous. She greeted me with a smile, attentively listened to my concerns, and made the necessary arrangements. Instead of declining, she sought a solution. The checkout process was equally seamless; the representative promptly credited my deposit and expressed gratitude for my visit.

My room was very clean,and the floor was beautiful the bed was very comfy.The staff very friendly.I will be back,to visit my brother and my sister in law .It is very close to all the city has to offer I want my same room.Room 124.Thank y'all for making my visit a great one Gloria

I like the front desk guy, he was always very friendly and even called me back to see what I needed after I waited on hold and I hung up the phone. He was very helpful.

Decent facility. Room was clean, no complaints. When it was time for a shower, I turned on the water/shower head and the shower head popped off. I went to the front and they had maintenance fix it right then and there. So customer service was great. Hotel is in a great location.

Accommodation was comfortable clean when we checked in and we didn't have no problem extending on steak well worth the price
